LED Turn signals Not Working on your Motorcycle? Read This-$8 Fix

So you put LED lights on your old Motorcycle, and now they won’t flash when you press the button? Or is it flashing too quick?

Not flashing or flashing too quick (Hyperflashing), could be due to the fact that LED lights do not draw nearly as much power as your original bulbs.

On these older motorcycles the signal flasher relays (the device that clicks and makes your turn signals flash) do not understand when your LED bulb draws less power, which then causes them to hyperflash believing the bulb is burnt out, or not flash at all.

The simple fix for this is a modern electronic flasher. While newer bikes of the late 80s and 90s came with these installed, sometimes they are still expecting that higher power consumption from a regular bulb. Alternatively, while some of these may work, you will find yourself paying high prices for these and will most likely only find used ones on the market. From prior experience used electronic parts don’t always hold up to the task.

With this $8 electronic flasher you can take care of this problem, most old bikes will plug right into this in 5-10minutes! See the video here:
